"They were good. The only downside is they don't tell you in the deal that there was something else required. They don't tell you that upfront. So that was not a good thing. It really depends on how old your house is. A new house has a certain type of breaker. My house was 20 or 30 years old. It didn't have that type of breaker. So I had to pay for the breaker to get the whole house surge. That was the only downside to that. But they were timely. The work they did was fine. I probably spent another $100, beyond the big deal amount of $69. They came out a week or so after I purchased the big deal."

They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
