During a foundation inspection we provide the following services; visual exterior veneer cracking inspection, visual drainage inspection, visual roof framing inspection, visual vegetation survey, elevation measurement. All of this information is then documented and prepared in a detailed report. Your report includes the following; a stamped and signed computer generated blueprint of house and vegetation, and a stamped and signed structural opinion report of findings for subject property. This report is court worthy and is documentation of foundation worthiness for a specific period of time. We have performed over 4000 of these inspections and have a database to back up our findings for further investigation of foundation issues pertaining to property location.
