"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal.
Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far.
We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

He found us a whole system that fit right into our budget and had the whole thing installed in a couple of days. He went above and beyond to do a good job! After a few days of running our new A/C I can say everything works perfectly and we're nice and comfortable once again. He did not try to sneak in extra work to up the cost after he started and got out whole hvac system replaced in 1 day! Even before he started work, they followed up after doing the initial estimate. Unfortunately I had a death in the family and had to push the work out almost a whole month later than planned and both Calvin and Sarah were amazing. They were very understanding and even sent a thinking of you message out the blue to let me know there were thinking of my family during the process.
