"Please note: Joey installed a full system: HVAC. I'm an older guy so I can (almost) get away with writing this review a year later. Here's what I have to say about PMGâ especially Joey Azevedo. Our story starts off with a tragic twist of homeowner dread: our roof, gutters, water heater, and HVAC died around the same time. More fun than wearing underwear soaked with ticks! Outside of having to refinance our home to cover all of this work, and getting the roofer, the baker, and the candlestick maker all together to handle the various pieces of our sh!# pie, my wife and I didn't know where to turn for help with our HVAC system. It was installed around 1993. Not good. Let me preface this story by saying my wife and I have family in the HVAC businessâ but they all reside on the other side of the country. They gave us advice but it was PMG & Joey who got us off the ground. FAST! Through Joey, we purchased and installed: A HVAC system from York, A whole house fan made by QuiteCool, and exhaust fans in the bathroom and kitchen. Let me list all the ways Joey made our lives easier: * He was cordial, friendly, and attentive to every one of our needs. * He coordinated with our roofers so that everything was properly installed. * He worked with our plumber to ensure everything was to code and connected to the plumber's water lines. * He worked with our difficult city inspectors (four visits total for just the HVAC). * He also got a HVAC inspector to certify everything was up to code. For most any issue outside of our HVAC setup, Joey recommended a number of companies and/or individuals to suit our needs. Please understand, he didn't give us his "friends" informationâ he actually gave us at least three contractors/companies to choose from and get quotes. All of them were professionals and held appropriate contractor licenses. The man even set up a weather vane on our roof for my wife! The man is a jack of all trades. And knowledgeable about most anything related to home repair and improvements. If you've paid attention to any of the reviews about PMG and Joey, you'd realize our story is just another happy voice in the chorus. I'm really glad we came across PMG. We're extremely satisfied with everything he did."

He also knows very good professionals in other industries to help with other needs you may have. He recommended a great plumber and electrician to help with other projects I had. The install was great. He had the entire system replaced in 2 days and he even worked with the plumber, replacing my water heater, to help keep cost down, by sharing some drains and exhaust where they could. I also like how he doesn't just install the system and run, he included a years worth of service to make sure the system is working great in the summer and winter and calls to check in the first couple of weeks to make sure the system doesn't have any issues If you are looking to have any HVAC work done make sure you give Innovative Mechanical Solutions a call for a quote. "Cody arrived right on time to do the regular service of my gas furnace under the comfort program. He was especially well-informed on potential issues with the installation of my Carrier condensing furnace, including a notice from the manufacturer to make sure the condensate drain piping included a vent so the condensate wouldn't back up into the unit. Another firm had done the install before I found out about Shanco/Peppy. Cody added a vent to the piping in just a couple of minutes, so that potential problem is sorted!"
