"Joey Azevedo is great and expert in Air Conditioning system. I do have the Home Warranty and last week the AC was not working, no cool air blowing. Called the Home Warranty and they sent a contractor to work on it. After the initial diagnostic done, the technician submitted things that needed to be replaced with a total cost of $3750.00 to me and Home Warranty company. The fix is to replace the "Condenser and Evaporator unit including a city permit. According to my coverage, things that were not covered and I needed to come up with $1450.00 from my end to start the job. So, I do remember, Joey had done some work on my house with the attic cooling fan system(QuiteCool Advanced Whole House Fan). He came in and checked my AC system and replaced a new capacitor. Also found the condenser fan blade was upside down. Fixed both issues and my AC is working. Thanks Joey for taking care of my AC system with $200.00"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "It went so much better than expected. Over the phone, other plumbing companies quoted us $1,000 - $1,500 to do the work and replace the valve. When I talked with Seth, on the phone, he offered to come over within a couple of hours, ON A SUNDAY!, and take a look at the problem. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and determined only the center piece of the valve needed to be replaced. There would be no reason to replace the entire valve, tear up the wall/tiles to do the work. He had to access the crawl space (the entire length of the house!) to get to the water shut off valve...and did this 3 times in freezing weather! He was in and out of our house, with the valve fixed and fixture replaced within 1 hour! And he didn't charge us an additional fee for coming out on a Sunday! "We have a utility closet in our garage where it was pre-plumbed for a water softener. However, the other equipment in the closet made it a challenge to get a water softener unit in there as well and we were concerned one would fit at all (poor planning by the builder). We had desired to have a larger unit installed, but the space limitation made it very questionable. Matt, the installer, brought out both a large and small unit in case the large one wouldn't fit. But Matt was able to make the larger one fit perfectly without having to redo any of the existing plumbing in the closet (another company had quoted us about $2000 worth of work just to move things around so their water softener would fit). And per our request, Matt went into the crawl space to re-route the garage hose bid to be on the soft water line and ran out and got a shutoff value so the kitchen sink could be switched from hard to soft water. And all this for no additional charge."
