After doing the furnace checkout, he proceeded to get ready to go under the house. We laid out a large covercloth to prevent dirt on the carpet and down he went. All said and done he had the main bedroom vent open (it was jammed by the vent cleaning company) and provided me an option on the air leak. The technician Justin was friendly, explained things completely, was always respectful of my home and me, and was a pleasure to have do the work. He obviously knew his job and completely answered all my questions."

Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."
