They removed the old HVAC system and installed the new one being very careful throughout the entire process. The whole team was friendly and efficient. Ed is also great as he has been to my house for various problems over the years and always does an awesome job. "Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.
