We do services such as ceramic tile, vinyl tile, interior painting, exterior painting, sheetrock repair, fencing, and decks, plus many more services! We also specialize in handicap home and bathroom modifications. I have almost 40 years' experience. I start on a job and stay with it until it's done. Depending on the job size, payment is 1/2 down. Once the job is half way done, customer will be providing all material. Free estimates depending on distance.

"Sometimes Spouse had to reschedule work due to rain, because the work was to be done on a certain day it poured down rain.  They called the day of and rescheduled.  I understood, because I didn't want them working in rain.
The next day they arrived on time, and began tearing out old fencing, and putting up new.  
The next day they rebuilt new fence.  Day 3 they began power washing and painting of outside of home.  There were a few issues, but they were handled.  There was a few pieces of rotten wood that needed replaced, so they replaced, at additional cost to original estimate, but they communicated that with me.  They were upfront, and asked me as a homeowner if I wanted to replace before being surprised with bill at the end of it.  The painting was gorgeous and fence is nice.  Love this service.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"It went great, the job is a 3 process job, and I was originally told it would take 3 visits, but they were able to finish in 2 visits.  Justin and Mike were great, very professional, and as fast as the process would allow.  The wall looks great, like there was never a hole.  I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends or family.
