The fellow that answered the phone was friendly, indicated they were very busy, but that they would get to my house after noon. When Brandon showed up he was friendly, apologetic for taking so long to show up, and knowledgeable. It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and another 30 to fix it.
