"Nightmare experience with these guys -they?re extremely unprofessional. #1 Sales team didn?t inform me of all my options for HVAC repair. Promised I?d be taken care of when furnace went out in the dead of winter but they couldn?t get out to see me for another 4 days without heat. House got down to 40 degrees!! #2 Technicians informed me that what I wanted to do involving Furnace and AC replacement would be an upcharge.. management consented but they would have to come back a separate day to finish#3 On the day they were supposed to come back the never called or showed up? I was never put on the schedule. They had to come back again #4 They finally finished furnace and Ac replacement.. but I called for a plumbing issue a few weeks later. And they called to say they could no longer make it out to me? reschedule yet again! And even though I paid for their membership it?s not showing up on my account People have lives that they put on hold to take the day off of work, will NEVER use again"

"John, from Plumb Tite Plumbing, called in advance, as promised; he was on time; and he was extremely courteous. He saved me some money by pointing out that one of the sinks only required cleanout of the initial sink pipe, and he was able to clear the other sink with the snake. He did a great job cleaning up after the work. I’m pretty particular, and I would highly recommend John and Plumb Tite."

Ryan was very nice he walked me through everything we would get how it worked and how much it would cost. Once we decided on what we wanted they fit us in right away. Kyle Q and Hakim were at our house all day and finished in 1 day. They were very nice cleaned up everything and the Kyle went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything! "Gas controller on my boiler was not working. Watkins responded and came within about 4-5 hours. The tech, Al, was very polite and professional. He looked at my controller, diagnosed that the problem was a broken spring and, since it's a "unique" and unavailable part, he modified the existing one and reconnected it stating he wasn't sure it would hold because of how stretched it was. It held for about 3 hours but broke again. I called Watkins again and they scheduled another tech since it was closed to after hours. My original tech took the call even though he was not on call. He had an idea for an alternate repair that has worked very well. I'm quite satisfied with the work and I believe the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Watkins."
