"I hired Jerry to redo all the plumbing for a kitchen sink, including taking care of redoing all the plumbing pipe in the basement, which was a mess (bought an older home). My older parents currently live in the home. Jerry was a fantastic communicator and was absolutely fantastic working with my elderly parents. TAG arrived exactly on time, diagnosed the problem, a hairline crack in the water tank. Quoted me a price on a new toilet that was more than fair and arranged an install date. At that time I asked him to get a new kitchen fawcett also without asking for a quote . So they arrived on time, installed the toilet and fawcet and all at a more than fair price. A few weeks ago I needed a new gas water heater so I called Ben, didn’t even need to ask price.
