I will say this company seemed to be a good company and Shane was very knowledgeable and appears to have a good product."

Plus they adjusted and verified that the other sprinkler heads were functioning and covering the areas that needed watering. What a nice, courteous, professional young man...he too knows what he is doing. He had to remove somethings in order to make this work, and he cleaned up after the job was done....I've lived in Florida for many, many years and have dealt with a lot of "trades", I wished they all were as professional and knowledgeable as Quality Safe Water...I don't usually recommend folks but I would be doing a disservice to them if I did speak up...they are the best!"

"I supplied the new shower faucet, handle and shower head. The bathroom was upstairs and had copper lines going to the old faucet. I wanted a transition from copper to the pvc and install new parts. The guy cut out about three feet of copper line and replaced it with pvc instead of just putting a small transition piece from the copper to the new pvc. There is a gap in between the handle and the piece that sits on the wall where the water is turned on. I had another plumber tell me that this will leak in a year or two and that they do that to assure a future job. He took the copper with him which sells for a big price. He did a good job on the toilet parts install. Then after all of that, he charged me almost $600.00. When I said something he said well, you know there is almost $300.00 in parts?????? The only parts they supplied was pvc, 8 connections and toilet parts. RIP OFF on the parts. I have used them in the past and they did great work and for a reasonable price but I will never use them again."
