"Very dissatisfied. They tried to take advantage of an 80+ yo by not even completing a repair, produced a false image of a faulty (12 year old) heat exchanger at $99 wanting me to buy a new furnace. Thanks to website weeks of research and using my wood stove, info I was able to clean the condenser trap in 10 minutes and the furnace has been working for weeks, now."

"I cannot begin to say how amazing this company is. I was recommended this company on Facebook. I called and was told I would have a technician at my house at 9am. The technicians was prompt and ready to go. He went above and beyond what was asked of him. He assisted and gave me suggestions for my project and did the work I asked him to do. He was definitely a life saver helping me out with my water tank. The service I thought was going to cost a ton of money was Penny's compared to their competitors. This company will now be my one and only plumbing resource. Thank you McLean Plumbing you freaking ROCK!!"

"Eagle and Corey(SP) worked all day to get us heat for the night and beyond. They removed the old heater and also the AC unit. They installed the new heater complete with custom sheet metal ducting to adapt to our HVAC system. They put tarps down to keep the floors clean. They were very courteous and explained the new unit controls and made sure that the new unit was properly calibrated. They did a great job cleaning up both inside and out. The AC unit will be installed when the new patio is complete. All-in-all, we are very pleased with the installation. Thanks guys."

"I don't know much about hiring a plumber, and my ignorance cost me a lot of extra money because of them. For a simple toilet tank rebuild, with all parts provided by me, an hours worth of work, I was estimated at 570 dollars. It's on me for not realizing when I signed the dotted line that I got ripped off, retrospect is 20/20, but I cannot believe that they are willing to take advantage of people to this degree. After further research, other plumbers, bonded and insured or not, charge anywhere from 120 to 350 at most for the job I described above. At the end of the day, it's on me for being a sucker, but I know now not to trust Angi's approval rating before moving forward. The ONLY reason I am not giving them a one star: The actual plumber who did the work (Jared) did a fantastic job and was incredibly nice and professional. The operations manager who I spoke with (Brayden), although I don't believe most of what he told me, did end up giving me a slight discount (15%). "
