"When my water heater was in need of repair, I called them, they were prompt, courteous and professional. My water heater was 29 years old, no hope of a repair. I was shocked how much it cost to replace it. But I was given several options. I was told there was an issue with my vent, that there was a backdraft. I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed. I would recommend this company to everyone I know."

"Initially there were a few issues that came up, but Don Hughes did a great job with what he was given on the fly. He really does GOOD, CLEAN work. Don kept me informed through EVERY step of the process because there were the early "snags" that really slowed his installation process. Don has been trained on Navien Tankless Water Heaters, so when my application required another (NEW) Rinnai system (because of space considerations), Don was able to quickly adapt to the situation and install PERFECTLY a product he was never trained on, serviced or installed before. The entire ECO staff was fantastic to work with from the beginning estimate to the end when they had another teammate call and follow-up on the whole project. Don did a great job cleaning up before he left, couldn't tell he was even there. I will be staying with ECO Plumbing, Electric and HVAC for my home appliance servicing and upgrades. Thanks ECO!"

They cleaned up nicely after work, checked that all working correctly, and explained system/ thermostat to me. System is working great."

I shut off all water to the house, and contacted PlumbTite around 5:00 PM. Dee found an appointment for Saturday. "When installing a new refrigerator, the knob to turn the water off fell off in the service man’s hand and water was going everywhere. We had to turn the water off to the whole house. In a panic I found Home Advisor and after inputting my info, Amy from Mr. Rooter called within five minutes. After looking at her schedule, she said a tech would show up in 30-60 minutes. Don’t remember the time exactly, but Mike D. showed up in about 35-45. After inspecting the problem, he gave me an estimate. He said that there was a slow leak that had messed up the drywall and he had to cut it out. He installed all new pipes, bought a 2x4 because the new box was smaller than the old box and basically redid the entire site. Mike was so nice and explained everything he did. He realized that I was stressed and made every effort to make this process as easy as he could. If the service men would have brought the new refrigerator inside, Mike D. would have installed it for me. (They came back later and there were no issues installing the new fridge). When I first got the estimate I thought it was high, but I had no choice. In retrospect, I received much more value for my money. I will hire Mr.Rooter and Mike D. for any future plumbing projects."
