"Not long on back side of house"

"We had multiple items that needed to be addressed. Rear deck refinishing, replacing rotted/damaged wood siding and trim, replacing a screen door, fixing/repainting a bathroom ceiling and replacing a couple of rotted window sills. The quality of work was excellent and we were also on a tight timeline, which they met in time for us to host a neighborhood party. I highly recommend this company and you should be comfortable hiring them for any needs for your home."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We are very pleased with the service we received from Good Neighbor Fencing. Bob Stewart was great to work with. He helped us select and design a fence that would work well in the space we planned to enclose. He also took notice of our dogs and suggested smaller spacing between the rails on the fence to be sure our smaller dog did not get out of the backyard once we had it fenced in. In addition to being very pleased with working with Bob, we were extremely happy with the installation that Vernon and Joe did. They were careful to ensure that the fence was installed properly and even went so far as to hand-dig the post holes so that they did not do any damage to our irrigation system and underground electric fence. "Received a packet in the mail with the instructions and material to make a template. Follow the instructions, answered all of their questions and returned it to them. In a few weeks we received the pads. Fit perfectly and are a nice quality product."

"G R Scantling Drywall & Framing were very responsive from the start, calling me weekly to check on the status of my project to schedule the hangers as quickly as possible. They set up the drywall order for me, which I called in to completed (their supplier saved me about $40 over Lowes for XP Purple board). The job was completed in two days (one day hanging, one day tape and mud), was done professionally and well. Super nice guys to boot. Would not think about using anyone for drywall in this area."

All the work was completed as agreed in a good timely manor, He found some rotted wood in bottom of frame that he replace for an agreed upon small added fee, he replaced a small doorbell cover for free.

All in all they did a good job!!!! We will hire them again in the future
