When I could no longer get it to keep the house warm on a cold week in November, I put in a request on Home Advisor and JL Mechanical visited my home that same day, and identified the inconsistent furnace component within 10 minutes. James showed me a simple work-around to keep my furnace heating the house free of charge. I inquired about a new furnace and a couple weeks later JL Mechanical had installed an excellent new furnace/AC system at a competitive price on a 0% financed loan. I have had help ranging from "good" to "worst" (I would wish that on no one), and now---the BEST! I am very impressed with Kevin's experience, his knowledge, his skill (almost a gift!) and how intent and perfectionistic he is in his work. He also seems to really like what he does! He was able to resolve an issue no one else ever could fix. We had lived for at least 12 years with a cold room that no one could get heat to. When Kevin learned of it (while working on other things), he knew there was a reason and a solution--and went at it with confidence. After all these years--we are now loving a warm room free of space heaters! He did other work as well...and all his work is beautiful! I enjoy looking at the pipes in the boiler room now. It is almost like art! IHe is honest, prompt, and gives fair prices. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. "

"I wanted to change out my 20+ old HVAC system before winter and knew what I wanted as far as equipment. I had several companies bid on the project and ended up using Brozwood. Randy came to my house to confirm what he and I had spoken about on the phone about and the price of the work. On the install day, Braden and Nate were the technicians assigned to do the job. They arrived and quickly went over with me what they were going to do and got to work. They had the install completed by the time that said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Their work was perfect and exactly what they said they would do and what I wanted. This company may not spend the big money on advertising as I found them by accident, but I would never use anyone else for HVAC now that I know about Brozwood. They were reasonably priced and their work is superior. "
