"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

I checked Angie's List, found Air Temp Solutions, submitted my issue and within minutes I received a phone call to set my appointment. They sent over Rob Teixeira who was EXCELLENT!!!! "Our HVAC stopped working on a very, very hot Saturday afternoon during 4th of July weekend.  Having 3 kids under 5 who were grouchy and moody due to the heat didn't help. I waited to call till Monday morning  because we had just had some freon put into the unit about a month and half prior by a much bigger company. They advised that if it quit again, the freon may have a leak($$$$$). This company charged $200.00 for a half hour and didn't have half the class of this gentleman. So 
I waited to call for help till Monday because I figured no one would come out on a holiday weekend. Boy was I wrong!
 
When I called, they man took my address, showed up at the home within 30 minutes and did an thorough diagnostic test. He found the problem and repaired it for only $220.00. Some kind of canister near the compressor was not working,  so his many years of experience allowed him to fix the problem quickly. We tipped him $15 for coming so soon, with a GREAT attitude/demeanor and FIXED the unit quickly!
