Once the work was done they worked with me to schedule the final inspection. I take care of my 4 grandchildren and 2 of them are on the spectrum and I take them to therapy so my schedule is kind of crazy to say the least but home pros worked with me. ACE came out and after having no success with standard procedures and sending a camera down (which we viewed), it was obvious that our 27 year old plumbing needed a major clean out. They gave us a quote, which we accepted, and sent out Juan Fuentes and his partner and they were amazing. The clogs were tougher than expected, but they went the extra mile and worked tirelessly for hours to clear those lines. They even went and got another machine to help with the issue. Juan made sure every line in the house was cleared and we saw the camera footage to prove it. What a difference from the original images we saw!!! Ace is not the cheapest option, but if you want the job done RIGHT, then choose Ace. After watching those two men in action for hours of hard labor, we know that no other company would have gone to that extent. We are now confident that our plumbing has been restored."
