"I found Anderson Heating and Cooling when looking for someone to complete annual maintenance on our aging heat pump. I was impressed with the representative that came out (I completely forget his name). My wife and I have been saving for a while to replace our current HVAC system (installed in '93). "Our experience with Steve and his wonderful crew, Austin, Cody, Stefan and Sergey was outstanding. Our furnace started acting up right before the cold hit in January. I spoke with Steve and he was out the next day. His communication was excellent. Steve spent considerable time scoping the project and came up with the perfect solution. "Everything went extremely smoothly. When we first began this project in August 2014, we sought bids from seven different companies. Of those seven, only three supplied bids, even after doing a free estimate and assessing the project specs and saying how easy it would be. The install took about 4 days and Nick was fantastic. He was really patient and helpful with our questions. He did a fantastic job. We did have an issue right after the install that was a manufacture error on the furnace motherboard. They quickly sent a tech out on a Saturday to replace it and we've had zero issues since then.



We are so happy with Sun Glow and our decision to work with them. I would highly recommend them for any future HVAC projects!
