"Water heater and furnace gas line configuration not up to code. Pete was wonderful, initially helped me determine over the phone that my gas had been shut off... Once the gas company came out they informed me of multiple problems with how the lines were configured. Pete came out and did a great job of explaining everything to me and getting everything perfect. Very professional, and also very outgoing and personable, and I could tell that he really cares about his customers!"
