He showed up perfectly on time, checked out our unit, told me that it was the capacitor, replaced it, and made sure the unit was functioning well before he left. Here's what I appreciate the most- I know little to nothing about central AC units, and our unit is 19 years old.... so Jose could have told me that the unit was dead and I probably would have believed him, but he didn't. He was honest and charged me what I believe was a fair price given the circumstances (quick service on a hot summer afternoon).
