Installers were friendly and answered all questions we had and even did a basic training on our new water softener system before leaving. You need better water...look no further! "We had them replumb entire house and they did a good job but due to the rebuild they couldn't finish everything so had to come back a couple months later when we were ready to finish the job. We scheduled a couple weeks in advance and they never showed up. We called and were given an excuse of an emergency service but told they had a "big new job" they were starting Tuesday. We had to be in by Friday so we agreed as long as they got it done by then. Never heard from again! After we had already used them for thousands of dollars of work and referred to others. By Friday afternoon we hired another local plumber who completed the job in less than 3 hours on Saturday. Unfortunately, we would not recommend Anthony or Tri-Star ever again. Very sad and shows poor character."

"This company is complete garbage. everything that comes out of their mouth is lies. they are completely rude and very unprofessional. first they advertise as offering financing they hurry and get it installed before the 3rd party bank contacts you to let you know it's over 11 percent interest rate. so, you end up paying damn dear 3 times the price of the system. guarantee they do that on purpose. because i told them for that they could come get the system. they then told me restock fee was thousands. they really know how to get you. then they offer this Losey promotion for 5 years' worth of soaps and detergents which isn't worth a crap a small box of stuff. it is a complete joke. I would highly recommend stay away from this company. they offer lifetime warranty but ever service call is a major charge. you are better off buying a system that last 5 years for 2 to 3 thousand and just replace as needed. you will come out the same and not to have to deal with this scam company.
