"The work was done well. But then the sales pitch started. They showed me how my spring was getting weak and told me my cables were frayed. Repair Cost $600. I had to put things off because of family matters, but recently (months later) I called back and found that the person who had been to my house was no longer working for them. So I called the company that put in my garage door when the house was built. They came over and showed me that the spring was in fine shape and was holding the door where it should, and found no fraying on any of my cables and said they did not need to be replaced. Due to the number of cycles on the door I am going to replace the spring before it breaks, but at 50% of the cost and work Precision Door said I needed. I don't doubt the parts Precision Door uses are quality, but a lot of the work they said I needed, I didn't."

"I got two doors with the roll away screens for $339 and $59 a door to install. They did measure to get the right fit. I was surprised by how timely they were and how they followed up with telephone calls after service. The back door was installed properly. The front was not. They said I did not have to be home at the time, so the front door was not closing and opening properly. The guy who did the back door opened the screen when he did the install, so that door was working fine. A friend fixed the front door and explained you need to have the main door open or just open the screen when you install a storm door. I would still give them an A grading and use them again."

"I called on Thursday afternoon at around 4 PM and someone picked up, gave me a quote, and scheduled the service for the next morning at 9:30 AM. I received a call the next morning at 8:50AM from Chad saying he was running about 30 minutes EARLY and wanted to know if that was fine. It was. He came by, confirmed the quoted price for the work ($90). Also, my two car detached garage doors both needed mobile eyes installed, so I asked and he quoted me at $40 each installed. He did the work, but then he also lubricated all of my garage doors, adjusted a few settings on one of them that needed it because it was slamming the ground too hard, and also adjusted one of the rails that wasn't quite aligned right so it made a loud popping noise sometimes. Overall he was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond my expectations. I was pretty bummed when my door broke, but I'm now happy that I have three working doors for the first time since buying my house two years ago!"
