"Bryan with Kaduce provided a range of options for replacing our system. He walked us through the costs and benefits of each option for our cabin. The install crew was friendly and did a good job installing they mini-split system we selected. They also completed the rebate process with the power company and registered our system with Carrier. The system is operating great. Very comfortable and much more energy efficient than our previous heating and cooling system. I would definitely choose Kaduce again."

"The owner of this company called me within an hour of my search on Home Advisor. He sent a 2 man crew to do our furnace inspection the following morning ! They were on time, very thorough and gave us a written report of each component they inspected and then spoke with us to go over everything. The price was very affordable . CB Mechanical saved us from the expensive of a new furnace as we had gotten it inspected by another company last spring. The other company told us we had visible cracks on the heat exchanger should replace the furnace right away, then gave us a quote for installing a new furnace. We had a feeling we were being scammed so put it off and then got this inspection done. The heat exchanger was fine!! Thank you to CB Mechanical for saving us from that horrible company and from spending thousands on a new furnace we do not need!!! We will be your customer as long as we are homeowners! So grateful for your ethical honest business!!!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
