"I called R.Wiley, Heating and Air, and Leonard came out right away. Rather than immediately telling me that I needed to replace the system because it was so old, he searched first what the problem could be. He replaced a part, but it turned out that this was not going to work very well because my furnace was just too old. It helped a bit but it was only a temporary fix to keep the furnace going for a while longer. We then decided that I would have to replace the system. He did NOT charge me for the part or for the service call! The price he quoted for a new system, was very reasonable, and on top of that, he gave me a discount because I am a service contract client. Then, two days later, because of the very cold weather, my system decided to quit altogether on Saturday morning. I left a message on Leonards phone asking if they could come out the next Monday to install the new furnace instead of the Tuesday we had agreed on. He called me back a few hours later and told me that they had made some arrangements with the supplier of the furnace and that they would COME OUT THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS A SUNDAY!!!! They installed the system on Sunday and in the evening my house was comfortably warm again! This is amazing service that you don't see very often! It made me bless the day I signed the service contract with R. Wiley Heating and Air a few years ago! I Can really recommend this company for its courteous, friendly, and professional service!"

Arthur Parham took his time to effectively diagnose the problem and inspect the entire furnace to identify any other issues that could potentially cause a other problems in the future.  His patience and professionalism were both refreshing and reassuring because the company that I hired beforehand only inspected the furnace for approximately 15 minutes and quoted me a bill for $1,025.00, which included the replacement of the mother board, various/multiple sensors and blower motor (i.e. the main Fan that blows the heat/AC throughout the house). I could tell that the other company was only out to get as much money as they could as quickly possible. The other company made me feel rushed and pressured while on the other hand, Mr.Parham made me feel at ease and confident in his abilities. The proof that Mr. Parham's business was the correct decision is crystal clear in this particular case because not only did he correct the problem, he prevented me from being ripped-off by replacing only what was needed!
