"They provide quality, professional service. I count on them to keep my heating and cooling system in top condition."

"very well. We have been customers of Estes for at least 15 years and are very satisfied with their service. We bought two Heating/AC units from them and had them install these units as well."

"James Heishman came out to evaluate our existing system and inquired if we were having any problems with the system. We explained that the condenser fan was locking up and that we had observed numerous homes in the neighborhood had systems replaced this past summer. We were interested in replacing / upgrading our system before it fails during the summer. We also explained the lack of heat and cooling at one end of the house, James thoroughly inspected the house and how the ducting was arranged. After his inspection he made recommendations to rearrange the ducting, add another return line and add a damper to improve system operation.
That night he emailed three detailed proposals from a basic system, a mid range up to a more top of the line system. At no time did James ever pressure us to make a make a decision or what system we should get. He did answer all our questions and was very informative. After getting four other quotes form top HVLP company?s all ?A? rated here on Angie?s List, and had an A+ BBB rating, Moncrief not only had the best price but offered the best labor coverage. We decided on a 4 Ton Carrier Infinity 2-stage AC and a variable speed furnace with a Carrier Infinity WiFi thermostat installed. The install team ( Steve, Mike, and Herman ) were extremely professional and hardworking. They arrived at 9AM and didn?t leave till nearly 5PM. The duct work alone took all three men nearly 4 hours to complete. When the work was completed they thoroughly cleaned up any mess.  I could not be happier with the work accomplished. Rooms that had low air flow , now have great ventilation. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

"There was very little work to do. They came out on time and I was happy for the professionalism, but there was nothing to do because it's a brand new system. The service is free for a year. I could have had them come out in April to check the air conditioning system, but since they just installed the unit in April, I didn't bother, but it would have been free. This fall, when I called him to check the furnace, he thought he was coming out to check the air conditioning, I said, "no, you're here to check the furnace because I'm going to be using the heat this fall". He said, "no problem" and he checked that out, he said, "I feel like I'm not doing anything, I can still check the air conditioner", and I said, "if you want to, but I've been running it all summer and it's been great". I asked him there was a charge and he said, "no, the first year was free"."

"Everyone we have encountered at Casteel through the replacement of our HVAC has been courteous and professional. Hugh Brown did an excellent job explaining our options for a total system replacement as well as listened to our budgetary needs. Casteel’s service has been efficient and I would recommend them for all of your heating and air needs."

"John was AMAZING truly. He was upfront and honest about everything with my system. Instead of trying to sell me a new system which I was prepared to do he just had to fix one inexpensive thing on the system and I was good to go. I have dealt with over a dozen heating and ac companies and none have been as amazing as this one."

"/t 9r. Arthur Parham took his time to effectively diagnose the problem and inspect the entire furnace to identify any other issues that could potentially cause a other problems in the future.  His patience and professionalism were both refreshing and reassuring because the company that I hired beforehand only inspected the furnace for approximately 15 minutes and quoted me a bill for $1,025.00, which included the replacement of the mother board, various/multiple sensors and blower motor (i.e. the main Fan that blows the heat/AC throughout the house). I could tell that the other company was only out to get as much money as they could as quickly possible. The other company made me feel rushed and pressured while on the other hand, Mr.Parham made me feel at ease and confident in his abilities. The proof that Mr. Parham's business was the correct decision is crystal clear in this particular case because not only did he correct the problem, he prevented me from being ripped-off by replacing only what was needed! This saved me approximately $700 last week and I am now a newly converted customer. Thank you Aurthur!!!

"Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). Great job by the technicians on the installation and housekeeping after the job was completed. Ben A."
