"I placed a call into Garner Heating and Cooling about my air conditioner leaking and they came out within 5 minutes of me calling them. I was so shocked and thankful! He thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my unit and explained all my options and how they could help. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice and understanding. He was not pushy in any way, he just walked me through every option available to me. It was fixed very quickly and their amazing customer service has earned them a customer for life! I have told everyone about them! Thank you!"

"I knew I had more trouble than just a service. Very friendly and courteous. Would gladly hire again. They installed a/c & furnace for a very fair price and installed it that Monday. Cleaned up everything and left no mess."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"AJ and his crew did a GREAT job installing our new ductwork. They were knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up after they were done. Thanks again, I would definitely recommend your services!"

"After I bought my new house I was in need of a full system, my heater and “air conditioner” was older than me. I hired Maverick, and was extremely impressed with their performance and professionalism. I recommended them to my family as well for any heat or A/C issues. 100% would hire again if I need. They did an amazing job with my new furnace and central air units."

"My house is an early 1900's home. Since moving in some years back we never have had the air ducts cleaned. We contacted Michigan Home Comfort in Lansing Mi and the process from start to finish was very easy. They sent in a three man crew to do the job, it was very extensive work. They were well dressed, nice and professional throughout. They spent about three hours here at my home and they showed me before and after pictures. The air quality in our home is much better now and less dusty to say the least. I would recommend them for sure to anyone."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
