"I contacted Al in regards to replacing my hot water heater and installing a water softener. After sending pictures and giving additional info he was able to give me a quote the same day. He came out to install the hot water heater that same day since we did not have hot water and then returned the next day to do the water softener. Communication was great- quick and concise. The work was excellent, he was very friendly, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend and feel relieved to know who I will call in the future if I am needing a plumber!"

".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"We have a service agreement with them. We like them and that's why we went ahead and got a service contract with them. They do the heating, cooling and the water heater. They come out 3 times a year. It's either $159 or $179 a year, somewhere in there."
