"I put in a request for mold removal late Friday night. I received a call first thing Sat morning. Not only was my issue resolved, but they also taught me what to look for, and how to prevent future issues with mold. They educated me on things that mold grows on, how to determine if it's mold etc. The customer service was so helpful and they were so patient with me. I’m a first-time home buyer and I was nervous about cost and damage. Not only did they follow the job through, but they also contacted me to see if I wanted someone to come back and recheck the work after everything was dried. I will use them for all future house issues that they cover. Good help is hard to find and people that do their job well are even harder to find. Thank you CAT Recovery Services. Your number is officially locked in. I will also recommend your services to anyone who has issues. I am so relieved that I can sleep better tonight."

"I hired Best Air Quality and Restoration to clean my dryer vent. I was very pleased with their level of professionalism. All my questions were answered without hesitation. The price was fair and affordable. Dennis, the technician notified me of his expected arrival time. He was very nice and pleasant. Dennis explained what the job entailed and completed the job within an hour. There was no excess lint or debris in my home to clean. I would recommend Best Air Quality and Restoration to others to experience for themselves. I intend to use other Best Air Quality and Restoration services again in the near future."

"I had water damage from a washing machine leak back in early January. They came out promptly and ripped up all my damaged flooring and got it all dried up. In this area they are fantastic. However, trying to get them to restore the damaged area has been a hassle. It is now approaching the end of February, I have followed up but never heard back from them, so I had to hire another contractor to come finish my flooring."

"You guy’s provide a great service, was prompt and priced fairly. The gentleman that came out to my residence was very polite, I would recommend you guy’s to family and friends for future service."

"Jennifer and Patrick were great to work with. They were punctual and professional and they went above and beyond in their service. I was traveling during the time the work needed to be done and they volunteered to manage the repairs, even coordinating other unrelated contractors for the repairs. They were helpful in finding ways to minimize the costs. The work they did was excellent. I highly recommend their services."

"We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. If you face any issue with fire or water damage or need any help regarding other services, I would highly suggest them. They did an excellent job, and it was a fantastic experience to work with them!"

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.
