"We have been customers of Watkins for a few years, but this is our first review on them. They are super friendly and do great work. A few years ago, they were able to help us get us a new furnace in a timely fashion when ours died in the middle of winter (it was really old). At that time, they noticed the AC was not installed correctly and not up to code (previous owner). We also knew the water heater was next to go, but were able to hold off until this year. Our new AC had a part go bad this year, but they were able to come out quick and repair pretty quick (and no charge). We are very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them!"

I approached Hauser for a second opinion diagnosis for loss of AC cooling and they diagnosed it as a deteriorating but not failed compressor and had it running in half an hour with a new replacement run capacitor and an add-on electrical gizmo â compressor saverâ at total cost of under $400."

We hadn't had any experience with local HVAC contractors, it ended up being a wise decision on deciding to deal with them. The install went smoothly, everything went just as planned, great looking work. Adam and the other guy who came out (can't remember his name) were the definition, in my experience, of what it is to be tradesmen. Clearly well-versed in their field, as well as informative without coming off pushy or salesey. Down to earth and professional. Give those guys a raise. Will request them for additional work, next on the list is an electronic air cleaner for the furnace."
