But the kicker is they gave me an estimate of over $9,000 to do this which one person to do the work and would take one day? $9,000? Were the new water lines going to be made from gold or what? Never again will I call them."

We tried giving the worker a call and he denied it...We had Johns Plumbing come out incurring a $600 charge. The owner Tommy came out looked at the pipe, said he make this right and reimburse. He never came back and ignores my calls and texts. The fact they did this to an elderly couple who are in their 80s with medical issues shows negligence. This experience not only highlighted their lack of responsibility but also revealed a disregard for the well-being of vulnerable individuals.
