"I needed to replace a broken water heater that was still under warranty. The size I had installed is not manufactured anymore for residential water heaters, so Carmine explained to me my options and took time to answer my questions and recommend a heater to get at Home Depot. But HD didn't have the needed size in stock almost anywhere. After searching for a water heater all over the state of New Jersey these guys went to Home Depot after removing my water heater and waited there for over two hours while my warranty replacement was processed, and then replaced my existing water heater. They were so very patient, came back from Home Depot and installed the new water heater quick and clean. Great job, highly recommend! Thank you guys!"

Not only did he replace a leaking outdoor water faucet, he discovered that our water pressure regulator (PRV) was defective, which was causing numerous pressure problems with all our appliances, toilets and hot water heater. Fantastic diagnostics! Really impressed and likely saved us many future problems. Very pleased with service!"

"Robert Kula came out with helper Jason Valles to remove and replace my water heater. Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. They both provided my with excellent service. Not to mention, the price was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for all my future plumbing needs."

"Excellent customer service. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."

"Had a hose bibb replaced because it was constantly leaking, the contractor also took a look where the water was coming in from for my filter and ended up doing a split so the filtered water wasn't used for the lawn. Additional savings! Highly recommend!"
