"Michael Griffin is great to work with. My garage had caught on fire. He was very patient and listened to what I had and what I wanted. He was also very helpful in explaining the insurance process to me so that everything went smoothly. I picked Michigan Fire Restoration over the company that my insurance company recommended and am so happy that I did."

Great, effectice team to perform all facets of a majorvwater damage mitigation in one day. Antimicrobial spray on the studs. Weekend of six large dryer blowers and two giant, calibrated dehumidifiers. Within a few hours after the Broadco team completed mitigation, the room began to smell and feel a lot better. Brenda and Leslie had everything sanitized and boxed up.or bagged in less than two hours. The emergency services director, Bill, spent a half a day working, planning, leading and thoroughly documenting the damage. Sergio, Alex and Zach kept an amazing eight straight hours focused on the water damaged room tear down and clean out. They work very cleanly.
