Both Times the plumbers were terrific, friendly and really communicative. They put on their clean-boots before entering the house, got right to work, showed me the problems, let me decide how to address them, then they fixed them without any stalling or trouble. After the first visit, Mark came back and looked at another problem and they did not charge me for that minor thing. Terrific plumbers!!!"

"The gentleman that came to my house was very nice, very professional, but I was charged $200.00 to replace the water hoses on my water heater with maybe $5.00 worth of PVC pipe......yes, they made a huge profit on this job. The next day I discovered a leak in a whole new location which didn't exist before he came. It's disappointing to say the least."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."
