I decided to go with a full replacement, and to install new mini-split systems throughout the house. Bowen did a great job working through some tough challenges to work the cleanest install possible. We needed to make a few changes to the install plan along the way and, to his credit, the owner, Broc, stepped up and worked out a fair way to get the job done and done right. "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

He and his parter arrived right on time and were ready to get to work. I mentioned the tenant had cats - Angel was prepared with a UV light to search for evidence of cat urine and vomit. He found more than I did with my lower powered UV light. Carpets were treated to help rid of he cat deposits and thoroughly cleaned. So yet again, another outstanding service by Monster Steamer. "I highly recommend Landmark construction energy crew.  We live in a waterfront home and we have had several drafty & leaky windows, some of them single glass and the rest are double glass, (18 windows). And a lot of them were odd shapes, not just rectangles and squares.  Five of the windows had to be new construction (not just replacement) to bring them up to work.  We called Landmark construction energy crew and Ezra and Charlie came over to our house and gave us an estimate for the complete work.  Both of them were very informative, honest and made us feel relaxed and confident about this work and about hiring them for that.  Ezra assured us that this was a big job and that it will take close to 3 weeks to complete the replacement of them, but they could do it.  And they did.  Overall it took them about a month to order and manufacture all the windows.  The installation crew, including Jason, Jose, and Roberto, did a beautiful job.  It took five days, but the house was always left clean after the work day was done.  The installation was beautifully done.  What a pleasant experience.  And we love our new windows.

The cleaners removed the window screen but while cleaning them, they destroyed my windows screen.

"Solar 360 did a very good job.  I was concerned how the panels would look on my home since they would be on the front side of my house due to its southern exposure. Upon installation, I was very pleased with the overall look of the mono black Solorworld panels on my grey-toned presidential roof. Additionally, I was pleased with the configuration, installation and fit/finish of the necessary electrical boxes and inverts installed onto the side of the house.  I have looked at several other Solar installations in my general area and definitely believe the installation on my house is the cleanest and most professional looking.  The only hitches that occurred during the whole process was the scheduling of city inspections which took a bit longer than anticipated due to the backlog of pending inspections at the city.  Solar 360 kept me fully informed as to the inspection schedules and worked closely with the city to assure the necessary inspections remained in their proper queue position with the city.  The system was commissioned on April 7th 2015 and is producing energy at or, above the predicted levels.  In the 1st month the system actually produced more energy than used which resulted in a small credit on my electric bill."
