We had just powerwashed the front entry & had 3 people painting in the entry & hallway that he had to pass through when he arrived. He was extremely careful not to track in any wet debris, removed his shoes, & navigated his way through all the ladders and wet paint with ease. He went up into the attic & inspected the attic furnace, resolved the problem, & then tested the furnance to make sure that it was running properly. He gave a description of what he had seen when he inspected the unit, and what action he had taken. The inspection, repair & explanation took approximately 45 minutes.
