I ordered the unit, paid up front, and told them when it arrived. They worked me into the schedule within the week and arrived first thing in the morning. The install had some quirks due to the unit not being straight forward to install in keeping with code, but the electrician explained how he was going to change the wiring to the unit in order to meet code and preserve the weather proofing. He was polite and friendly, gave me an extra warranty due to the unusual situation, and helped me pair my phone with the correct app for charging. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed my outlet. I was happy with everything and look forward to contacting them again when I need wiring."

He pointed out that our furnace filter had not been changed since 2022. Big oversight by me. Matt explained how the air flows through the furnace and the direction the filter needs to be placed. "In 2020 Eco Electric installed a Whole House Fan in our home. It has worked well for us and helps cool our home in the summer. Recently it stopped working. I called Eco and they sent Kyle out to diagnose our problem. Kyle was able to quickly isolate the problem to wiring in a recently installed smoke detector. "He went thru the electric from one end to the other checking every thing he could find, found out that he had to change a wire in the plug to change it back to 120 power instead of 220 which the electrician did. then he needed to replace a transfer switch, the fridge was out that took a heater unit to repair it. Also took a new microwave the old one got fried as every thing is 120 in the whole trailer or 12 volt. tuck chased down a new microwave and installed it! he explained everything he did to make a non electrical wiz like me understand. he was a really good guy new what to do how to do it and tell you what he did. he was here quite a while."
