I paid $616 for a repair to fix a water leak under my toilet, but the issue was not resolved at all. One day later, when I contacted them again to report that the problem was still ongoing, I was told they would now use a ?second option? and was quoted an additional $1,539.35 (Total cost: $2155.35). When I requested that the $616 I had already paid?especially since the issue was never fixed?be applied toward the new work, they refused.
