Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. "The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."

I don't know much about cars but what I do know kept me from paying that much for the repair. Coachman did it for me for less than 200 dollars. My "check brakes" light was also on, and I had told to them that I had already checked the brake fluid so it must be worn down pads. They checked this for me and told me that my break pads and system were in good working order and that they didn't need servicing. They could have gone and changed my pads anyway with me being none the wiser, but they were honest about it. I will recommend them to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and reasonably priced to repair their vehicle.

He said that the vent probably needed to be cleaned, because it was heating up, but not drying. He said if it's not that, then the dryer might need to be replaced, since it would be an expensive repair (and my dryer is 10 years old). So I bought the $69 vent cleaning deal, and they came out the next day. Both men were very professional and polite, and the man who cleaned the vent. also made sure to clean up the dust on the floor. My dryer is now working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier! I would definitely use them in the future.
