"Work completed as agreed to, in reasonable timeframe (one week). Nice job on patching drywall after tub replacement. Would like to see a little more coordination with plumbing to put same care and attention to detail as Joe, and keep work tools organized/out of the way of living space after hours. We did have some clean-up to do after the job was done (drywall dust, dirt, minor debris), but overall good experience and quality work. Joe was responsive to questions and minor issues that we pointed out day to day."

"They worked everything into our time line with the contractor, not an easy task.  Dana and her team were always on time and stayed to finish each aspect of the landscape. We had some concerns because our property is on a river and FEMA has very strict regulations for such places.  Williams understood all those regulations and worked within the boundaries to give us what we wanted.

After finishing we did have some problems with too much rain in the yard  and the fountain.  They returned to help us solve our problems and make sure the fountain was set in properly.  

I really can't think of a don't.  We were very impressed with Dana's knowledge, responsiveness to our requests, and especially her creativity.  We could never have imagined anything as beautiful as it turned out.  

The cost may seem high, but there was an enormous amount of work to be done.  They did it quickly in a matter of weeks.  We were in the process of finishing new construction which turned out well, however, it was the landscaping that was really important to me and what has made it all look terrific.   We couldn't be happier.

"This was a long process, and long project for them. We started in October 2009, and went to January or February of 2010. It was a long process, that had a lot of work. They did a good job. The house was built in 1974, and had dropped ceiling. I mean at that time I didn't get prices, so I didn't have anything to compare with. As far as the work they did. They had subcontractors that did work that I couldn't tell you who the were, that was on his end. He had gotten them to do it, and the concrete done. I had the driveway widen four foot. I had some concrete they re-poured over that the contractor didn't do, the sub person didn't do a very good job. They skimped on material and stuff. I cant hold it against them really."

Tom and his son Dylan have done the work: power washed, painted/sealed. Even go beyond... cleaned everything after work done, moved back all the furniture around the pool deck. You will be very happy! Tom has done this for over 20 years and it shows! He knows his trade and he as well as his son did an awesome job. I am very picky and a perfectionist. And I LOVE what they've done! We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their pool deck done (or redone). We have a large pool deck and we had them do the entrance as well as the driveway."
