"I could not be more happy or recommend more highly Maynor HVAC for their electrical services. Their field manager Norm stopped by my home on more than one occasion and helped me think thru my planned layout, define the right materials and ensure everything met state and federal codes. On the day the work was completed, Chris K and Julius arrived right on time and worked well into the early evening to get the job done. There work was immaculate and they took the time throughout the day to answer any questions I had. Can't thank them enough for the great work. When the city of Apex inspector came by to perform the final inspection, he looked around and within 60 seconds turned to me and said, "Wow, this is perfect!" to which I agreed wholeheartedly. Thanks guys, great job!"

"Lahcen is an excellent HVAC technician! He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and clearly explained what was causing an error in my AC unit and while he was diagnosing the main issue, he checked my filter he found out it was upside down. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I can give the highest rating for Matthew because he's an all-around good guy. He repaired my propane unit for about 1/5 of what JD Service Now wanted to charge me, and he did a great job, and spent a lot of time getting it done right. He's the kind of service guy that you feel like you've not only gotten your furnace fixed, you've gained a friend. I'll hire him for my next HVAC need."

"Overall experience was excellent.  We noticed that the air conditioning / cooling of our old HVAC system wasn't working when we first turned it on this year.  The serviceman from Alpine determined that the refrigerant fill valve was leaking, and provided an estimate to replace the valve and the refrigerant.  Since the leak had completely drained the system (it used R-22 which costs over $100 / pound), the repair was going to cost $1500 - of an old unit.  It was recommended that we consider replacing the HVAC unit.  The salesperson we met with was thorough and knowledgeable, and presented us a range of options to consider. He did steer us away from lower quality units to several higher quality options (all made by Amana), and we elected to go with a mid-range system.  The installation was performed over 1.5 days by 2 technicians (the furnace is in the basement), and the technicians were prompt, courteous, thorough and complete. I had pretty minimal cleanup to do after they had completed the job.  System is working beautifully at the 2 month mark. I would recommend them highly for their efficient service and knowledgeable advice."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.
