John coordinated the tree removal subcontractor as well as removing and replacing the septic tank. He also repaired the broken waste pipe leading to the septic tank. Throughout the whole process every phase of the job was performed on in a timely manner and every delivery of material arrived on site exactly when needed. They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. "I have had a persistent roof leak in my room in tricky location where there is a jut out and a roof line meets into the siding. There was an ant infestation and some rot. I had paid someone $300 a couple of years ago to fix the roof and it still had leaked. I had taken the time to get a couple of other estimates and went with Nanfito Roofing.
