He left the ball in my court on what I wanted to do without pushing for a sale. I opted to replace both springs and cables on either side of the door with his recommendation. The price was in the ballpark of what I was expecting, and I wanted it done quickly (they came out by 9 am the next day after calling them at 5:30 pm the night before). "He arrived right on time and we discussed the list of things I needed done.  I showed him where I wanted the metal wall decor installed and left him to his work.  I was really surprised how quickly he was able to finish all the tasks.  While he was removing the pool equipment holders, he noted that some of the anchors for the screen cage were no longer securing the frame to the concrete pool deck.  The house was built in 1978 and the pool cage has been rescreened a few times, but the screeners never brought this to my attention.  So, Charlie is going to return and replace the anchors.
