"My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the all new 16'x7' 2480 Series Haas garage door (sandstone color) that Dan installed on Sept 27th which Brian had recommended as the better of the two options we were looking at. It is a VERY WELCOME replacement for the 33 yr old plus (yikes!) original garage door that I was concerned wouldn't make it through another winter. Dan did an AMAZING job on the complete removal (door/track) of the old door, installation of the new door and cleanup afterwards. He also took care of raising the height of the carryover (newer) door opener (about 3 inches) which was needed for the door to open/clear the opener rail due to the taller profile of the new track. He also carefully replaced the vinyl trim seal pieces (3) around the exterior of the door which was the option we choose of the two offered by Brian at no added cost either way. Two other items to highlight: the superior finish quality of the new door and the reduction in operating noise."

"Mike Hernandez was very punctual and courteous for the initial estimate. Likewise for the installer Richard Holtzman who called the morning of the installation with the installation time and then again 30 minutes before he arrived for the actual installation. "Tim showed up right on time. He was very polite and very professional. He answered all of our questions and addressed any of our concerns with the house. The final report was in my email within an hour after he finished the inspection. He also gave us his card that had his direct number on it in case we had any further questions. Which I did end up having to call him and he was still very polite and was able to answer the follow up questions I had. We will be keeping his card if we ever need anything in the future or to refer our friends and family."

"He arrived right on time and we discussed the list of things I needed done. I showed him where I wanted the metal wall decor installed and left him to his work. I was really surprised how quickly he was able to finish all the tasks. While he was removing the pool equipment holders, he noted that some of the anchors for the screen cage were no longer securing the frame to the concrete pool deck. The house was built in 1978 and the pool cage has been rescreened a few times, but the screeners never brought this to my attention. So, Charlie is going to return and replace the anchors.
I would definitely recommend Charlie. He is prompt, courteous and both he and his work are very professional.
