"I had two wall sections with damage that needed to be repaired with new drywall and paint. Vitaly from Apex Design Build did a beautiful job on the walls -- I'm very impressed. I hope not to need that skill again any time soon, but I will certainly contact them the next time I need another wall repaired -- it's virtually impossible to tell there had been damage. He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. I have always been very impressed by how Apex Design Build cleans up everything when they are done working -- and they even took it away with them. Excellent work and in a timely manner for me."

"Had Fritz and crew out to put on a metallic epoxy coating on my basement floor. It was a three day process for each job. I'm very pleased with the product and with the work the guys did. They even moved some heavy objects and were able to cover every inch, including under some fixed shelving. Looks great at a fair price to boot."

"David and Nu Lok did a great job. We have original Pella dual pane windows in our 1957 mid-century modern ranch. The lower sashes in our living room had rotted after 50+ years of being at grade of the deck on the outside. These are floor to ceiling windows with a lower say and we did not want to replace them all as they were in good shape. After getting several quotes from other companies, none wanted to build new sashes- they wanted to replace the whole units with vinyl (yuck!). We then met with David at NuLook and he said "no problem!". Nu Look not only built exact copies of the original Pella sashes, they used the original glass as asked so they look exactly like they should. After approving Davids very reasonable estimate, his guys came out as scheduled to remove the sashes and install temporary plywood fillers. Within a week or so, they had new sashes made and replaced them and installed a new rot-resistant sill. After installing, they even color-matched and painted the interior an exterior. I'm an Architect, so I'm naturally really picky, and I was VERY impressed with these guys. We plan on having them do some additional work for us this year.

Very well done, no problems from start to finish.  The building parts arrived via courier and the provider was there to receive the shipment and verify all the parts were there.  The delivery was complicated by the courier service, which refused to deliver to the back of the house, so the provider shuttled the parts from the street to the destination.

The construction of the shed proceeded  without any difficulty, and Steve the carpenter was delightful to work with, always a pleasure to have around.

"A misconnect on the first meeting to develop an estimate occurred.  I decided to proceed instead of rescheduling.   I accompanied Ian for a 30 minute discussion from inside the house, then had to leave and allowed him to continue assessing and confirming what needed to be repaired outside.  I was satisfied with the estimate and made a couple of last minute changes which were accommodated.  The estimate was done in June; the work done in October.  I was not in a hurry.   A very wet early summer caused work schedules to be delayed.  This was not a problem for me. 
A team of 3 spent 3.5 days steadily working and did, from what I can tell, a nice job including cleanup.  The trim wood they used appeared to be quality cedar.  The windows are a nice quality and I am very satisfied with them and their installation.  The estimate indicated painting to match what was put on the house previously.  The problem is, that even though the paint may have matched what was in the can, it does not necessarily match what has been on the house for a number of years.  So--I feel I need to consider an additional quote to finish the painting of the trim. 
I did not get a competitive quote on this project so I did not include price in my rating.

"He replaced some cedar on my box window. What I liked is I called for something that didn't need to be done. He said that wasn't needed and he could have told me it did. He said that it just needed to be caulked. I appreciated his honesty. He checked my whole house for wood rot. He explained everything first before doing the work. He gave me the receipt for the boards I purchased so I could get my money back from Lowe's."

"The team of five workers arrived early and covered shrubbery with plastic sheets. Then the steps were cut out and the base dug out and removed. As broken bricks were being removed from the stoop, the base of the stoop broke and gave way. We all discovered that the underlying gravel and dirt filling under stoop base of the 50 plus year old stoop had deterioriated over the years and would have broken sometime in the furure.  Karl Eisele quickly brought me out to see the extent of the problem and recommended a solution which would involve rebuilding and laying new brick on the stoop along with the original work.  The workers worked late into the evening the first night as the stoop was recreated and forms built and layed to relpace the steps. On the second day, all concrete was poured, bricks layed and by early evening the project completed on time as originally planned. 
The problem wirh the stoop braking was actually a blessing as the completed product could not be better. What a pleasure it was to have a group of professionals make the entrance to our home look so beautiful. Everyone was so polite and even put up with our overly friendly dog who likes to be in the way if only you pay attention to her.  My goal has always been to try to give business to a local contractor whenever possible, and Eisele's Masonty and Concrete has reinforced my goal. I like to bake so I will warn you that the crew likes chocolate chip cookies."

"It was amazing!? It was exactly what I wanted.? They did the whole project super fast and it exceeded my expectations.? Everything came together perfectly. Heath started out by listening to what I wanted and then created a design based on my desires and budget.? He nailed it in the design stage and all he had to do was lead his excellent crews to build it.? The numbers didn't change at the end...no surprises.? I can't recommend them enough!"
