We discussed the problem I was having, and they gave me several ideas to try to get my A/C unit running properly before actually coming to take a look. I ended up taking their suggestions - cleaning the unit and blowing out the drain line - which resolved the issue. Prompt, professional and completed the work in a timely manner.  We had a couple of options for resolution of this leaky faucet problem and while neither was a "bargain" (plumbing, electricity, appliance repair, etc. are seldom low cost items), we appreciated the time he took to explain to us the problem, the consequences of doing nothing and our options.  In the past we have had repair services perform a job and not discuss cost or options with us before proceeding.
