I tried to resolve these issues with the office, and both the office and tech took zero ownership of doing anything wrong and refused to do the work unless I paid them another couple hundred dollars on top of the $4000+ worth of work they did. They also failed to inform me that part of the work would have been covered under my home warranty. "
