"I hired David with SEEC because of his reputation and expertise. I knew David before he did the job. However, we became even closer friends after the job. I don't think you can find another smarter and more professional person in the business."

"I have been smelling mold in my 3 year old home for about a year but was unable to find any visible signs of mold. Ron was fantastic and does top notch work. He?s very thorough and takes the time to document all of his findings along with any recommendations. I would hire Ron again, it was a great experience working with him. "

"I recently hired John to do a mold remediation DO NOT use John Kearns. He is a SCAM. I recently hired John to conduct mold remediation on a house a few months ago. He spent 3 days doing the remediation work and charged $3,000. 2 months later, the mold is back. The exact places where he initially treated the mold have now returned. I called and texted John several times and he REFUSES to come back to fix the mold issue. He clearly did not successfully removed the mold the first time, and now he wonâ t even come back to fix his initial mess. What a joke. Just spent $3,000 and now I have to hire another mold company to clear up Johnâ s mess. He is arrogant scam artist who cannot do his job. Donâ t waste your time or moneyâ ¦hire a professional mold remediation company."

"After the air quality test, Seth, the tech, stayed in touch to explain the results and recommended an air scrubber. He brought one to the house and spent a lot of time explaining all about it. My wife and I are pleased with the entire experience. Ron"

FAQs for indoor air quality testing projects in New Castle, PA

You should test your home's air quality if you or your family experience health problems like allergies or respiratory issues, as these could be linked to indoor contaminants. Also, consider testing if you're concerned about mold, radon, carbon monoxide, or if you've recently had home construction, demolition, excavation, or remodeling that could have released chemicals into your indoor air.

An indoor air quality test typically takes one to three hours to complete. After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed written report within two to 10 days. The evaluation includes comprehensive air sampling from all designated areas in your home. Your specialist will review the findings with you and provide clear guidance on steps to take if any issues are found, helping ensure your indoor environment meets health and safety standards.

A certified indoor air quality consultant or inspector is the right professional to perform your indoor air test. While some home inspectors have certifications, they often subcontract this specialized work to trained professionals with advanced tools. This expert will thoroughly evaluate air samples from every area in your home and clearly explain the findings to you. Be sure to confirm your tester's credentials before scheduling your service.
