"Overall a very good company and I would recommend them. We had an AIO system installed to remove hard water and iron (among other things) along with a water softener system. My one complaint would be this. The water filter they installed had a leak. They came and looked at it and just fiddled with it if you will until it stopped. This was covered under their warranty. Six months later when I changed the water filter, the same leak started again and I needed a service call. This time they had to replace the part, not covered under warranty. The service call and parts and labor were not covered under warranty because it was six months after being installed. I would not have known this though until I went to change it for the first time and had an ongoing service call for the same reason with them. I was not impressed with that level of service."
