"I have been so psyched to say amazing things about Rob and his crew and I was trying to find the right words to say it, so for awhile, I held out on writing any reviews. In short, 3 floors of my house flooded and left unaddressed for a week and a half since we are homeowners who don't know a thing about mold growth. We called a company that specializes in restoration who did a cursory review of the issue in my home, but it wasn't thorough enough. So I went back to searching. I randomly came across 914Mold through a totally random Facebook search instead of asking my neighbors or referring to online reviews. The gamble paid off. Rob showed up almost immediately after I gave him a call and immediately went to work, showing me that the flood we had endured the week before when a pipe burst needed to be dealt with *now.* For over a week, he and his crew came to my home and meticulously addressed everything, even spotting other random issues in my home that are worth addressing and giving advice on what to do on how to properly address the whole issue now that half of my house was gutted. When I had a contractor come and look at the work, he made a comment about how Rob's crew did a great job. And having workmen in your house for over a week can be annoying af, but Rob was actually a fun guy to be around. He has a great personality and is super pleasant to work with, he gives you your space, and takes care of *everything,* including moving furniture (and putting it all back!) and the removal of the little dumpster you will probably need if moldy pieces of your house are going to be tossed in the trash. In my case, we learned there was a hole in the floor, so he and his guys took care of that too (pictured). I never wanted to have a flood that damaged walls, floors, and insulation, but it made me meet the 914Mold guys so it was worth it. They are just great to work with. You can't go wrong with these dudes."

"They came at the time scheduled to pump out water from the crawl space. I gave them a tour around the house to show them how to get into the crawl space before starting. They explained what was needed and what would be done, they gave the price and we came to an agreement. When they returned to gather their equipment, the crawl space was ready for the sump pump to be worked on. They did everything right."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950â s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so itâ s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already."

"Mike came to the house I'm considering buying for a mold remediation estimate and he was able to get there quickly, and explained everything in detail and asked if I had any other questions. It seems that my main problem is an exterior drainage issue, so we walked around the house in the pouring rain and he explained the steps needed to get water away from the foundation. He also went up into the attic at my request, and we saw a leaking chimney which hadn't been detected in two previous inspections!
