She was candid about the repairs that were needed and the pros and cons of various repair approaches. She outlined a plan that would keep the costs as low as possible while effectively resolving the problems. It was important that I be able to trust her because the house was unoccupied and there was no one on-site to let her in/out of the house, show her around the home, or be present during the repairs. At every juncture, Barbara proved that she could be trusted; she respected our property and performed everything she said she would, always keeping me informed via calls, texts, and pictures of the completed repairs. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher.
