She outlined a plan that would keep the costs as low as possible while effectively resolving the problems. It was important that I be able to trust her because the house was unoccupied and there was no one on-site to let her in/out of the house, show her around the home, or be present during the repairs. At every juncture, Barbara proved that she could be trusted; she respected our property and performed everything she said she would, always keeping me informed via calls, texts, and pictures of the completed repairs. "Could not have been better. Bob the owner and his team could not have been nicer or more professional. They could have easily convinced me I needed a new unit for around $5,000 a $6,000. (Combo units are expensive). But they took the time to do research, contact the tech staff at the manufacturer, and fixed my unit as good as new with a simple valve replacement at a fraction of the cost of a new unit. These guys are honest and do top notch work."
